If you submit feedback, bug reports, or suggestions ("Feedback"), you grant Boon a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and incorporate such Feedback without obligation to you. You represent that you own or have rights to all Feedback submitted.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales for resolution of any disputes.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may seek binding arbitration or court proceedings as permitted under English law.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid.
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Boon regarding the App and supersede all prior understandings and agreements. No other terms, communications, or representations are binding.
Boon's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Boon.
